KC CHOPZ

KC Chopz, DJ / Media Personality worked on the radio at Miami’s Power 96 for 8 years while coming up under 305 legend DJ Laz. Fast forward, KC Chopz has built his name and brand into a power house and staple in the Miami market, DJing 26 parties a month. KC has DJed at the biggest nightclubs in Miami including LIV, Mr Jones and more listed below. KC also hosts his podcast “Miami On The Rocks” which generates thousands of downloads weekly. A DJ with a reach is an understatement. He has done interviews with A-list names like Kendrick Lamar, J Cole, Rick Ross, and more listed below. What sets KC apart is as a Caucasian American he is fluent in Spanish, thanks to his Latin influence in his hometown Miami FL, and also moving to Medellin Colombia to study the language. KC has videos of him speaking Spanish in fluency with millions of views surprising the masses. With this weapon in his arsenal, he currently weaves his DJ skills between Latin and hip-hop parties. Saturday nights he plays his 7 year residency at Brick, Wynwood’s biggest venue where he commands the room with hip-hop vibes, and the next morning he rocks Miami's biggest Latin brunch, Copper Blues with over 1k people playing 3 hours of Spanish. Versatility is an understatement. Born and raised in Miami Dj Xtreme first became interested in music in middle school playing multiple instruments. In 2005 at the age of 17 he wanted to expand his musical talent and picked up his first set of headphones. He got his start in Downtown Ft Lauderdale djing at every club and bar on the strip before 21 yrs old. In 2009 he took his talents to South Beach where he had sets in all the major clubs. Not long after he jumped at the opportunity to play at the Hard Rock where he has Resided since 2013 playing at venues such as the Swamp, Passions, Murphy Law, center bar in the casino and now at Entice Nightclub.

With 20+ years of experience, DJ Def has rocked the airwaves and the dance floors with his electrifying mixes. He has also hosted his own radio shows on Miami’s party station Power 96.5.
